Tandem is a Long Distance Walkers' Association event based at Goathland. Competitors are in teams of two people. One of each team runs or walks an east route. The other does a west route. They meet up at Stape and then must go together as a team to the finish at Goathland. They each do about 28 miles. Cleveland RAYNET Group provides comms. between check points and HQ. |
